Rona Bay House

2017 / New Home

The house sits nestled into the hill overlooking Rona Bay orientated in such a way that captures the surrounding hills to the north and frames the views west towards the sea.

While the clients were growing into a new phase of life without children it was important that the living spaces felt connected, open and welcoming. This strong exterior grid is transferred inside and separated into a private master suite, circulation and living connected to large glazed doors that slide to expand the space the outdoors.
